Drivers book online on AUTOTICKEET, companies from their fleet workspace, and your agents can also create an appointment directly at the center. All these bookings follow the same journey and appear in the same schedule.
Each center displays a unique QR code at its entrance. The customer scans it with their phone: AUTOTICKEET checks that they have a confirmed booking at this center, for today and within the expected check-in window, and that they are allowed to check it in. If everything is valid, their arrival instantly appears in the center's queue.
Yes. The QR code identifies the center, not a customer, so every customer scans the same code. It grants no rights on its own — each scan is tied to the customer's account and their own booking, and a booking can only be checked in once.
