AUTOTICKEET operates a digital platform for booking and managing vehicle technical inspections. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you use our website and services.

Account details (name, email, phone), booking information (vehicle registration, appointment details), payment references (we never store full card numbers), and technical data such as device type and pages visited.

3. How we use data

To provide bookings and reminders, process payments, operate center and fleet dashboards, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Legal basis & retention

We process data to perform our contract with you, with your consent, or where the law requires it. Data is kept only as long as necessary for these purposes, in line with Moroccan law 09-08 and, where applicable, GDPR.
