1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the AUTOTICKEET platform, you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
2. The service
AUTOTICKEET provides online booking, payment, check-in and management tools for vehicle technical inspections. Inspections themselves are performed by independent, licensed inspection centers.
3. Bookings & payments
Bookings are confirmed in real time. Rescheduling and cancellation follow the rules displayed by each center at booking time. Online payments are processed by certified payment providers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Liability
AUTOTICKEET provides the platform "as is" and is not responsible for the outcome of inspections performed by centers. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
